Run a salary / SOC going-rate check

Enter a worker's SOC occupation code and SponsorGuard resolves the official Home Office going rate from the recorded SOC code and selected salary route — and flags anyone paid below the threshold.

1. On a worker profile, enter the SOC occupation code for their role.
2. SponsorGuard calculates the applicable going rate and salary threshold from recorded data.
3. Select a new-entrant or other discount route only after your team has checked eligibility. The calculation applies that recorded route; it does not decide eligibility.
