Export an evidence bundle

Choose the right export

Open Audit readiness and review available pack types. Inventory packs provide counts, statuses, readiness findings and generated receipts. They do not contain source documents or Home Office submission material.

The Evidence bundle includes approved source files and a SHA-256 manifest. It is generated only when the required documents are present, reviewed and approved, and your active workspace role permits the action.

Resolve readiness blockers

If the bundle is not ready, no bundle is generated. Review the blocker message, resolve missing or unapproved evidence, and retry only after the underlying records are ready. An unavailable source file cannot be treated as successful evidence export.

Review the result

Check the downloaded bundle, its manifest and the source-file coverage before using it. An inventory receipt is not a source-file bundle. Neither export establishes legal compliance or authorises a Home Office submission.
